Moreover, you can expect a great culture with no hierarchy or politics nonsense guaranteed. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Assist in creating training content for new hire onboarding and process training across all major roles and work areas - Maintain updated training material to reflect changes in processes within the company - Create engaging learning assets such as Slides & Documents, Process guides, SOPs, Basic quizzes or assessments - Provide Training delivery support in online and in-person training sessions for new joiners, conduct workshops and learning programs - Coordinate with internal teams to gather training inputs, track training tasks and timelines, and ensure training materials are organized and accessible - Learn new tools, processes, and skills, continuously improving your understanding of company products and workflows - Take ownership of personal growth and skill development **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset - Currently available for a full-time internship and can start immediately - Available for a duration of 2/3 months with relevant skills and interests - Possesses Presence of Mind **Stipend Structure:** - Starts at INR 25000 and can go up to INR 40000 by the end of 6 months - 1st Month: INR 25000 - 2nd Month: INR 25000 - 3rd Month: INR 25000 - 4th Month: INR 30000 - 5th Month: INR 30000 - 6th Month: INR 30000 **Check if you fit in the role:** - **You Must:** - Have a strong interest in content development - Possess the ability to create clear and structured content - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - **You Can:** - Quickly understand business processes, tools, and workflows - Manage learning content and work for L&D sessions - Coordinate with teams to execute training smoothly - **You Want to:** - Have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams - Build a strong foundation in Learning & Development, content design, and facilitation - Be part of a team that believes in speed, creativity, and ownership **This role is not ideal for someone who:** - Is not interested in creating content, documentation, or learning materials - Is uncomfortable speaking, presenting, or explaining things to others - Is not open to learning new processes and tools - Is not comfortable with long working hours (10-12 hours daily) and working on Saturdays (6 days a week) **Additional Details:** - **Office Location:** Connaught Place, Delhi - **Work Timings:** 9:30 till work gets over. Adjusting to the high pace environment is crucial for your success at the startup.
