Job Opening: Process Trainer – Wires & Cables Industry
We are looking for a Process Trainer with a background in wires and cables manufacturing who can effectively train and support our Sales & Marketing teams.
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in systems: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and email etiquette
Good understanding of KRA & KPI specific to the wires and cables industry
Willingness to travel for on-ground field training sessions
Prior experience in the manufacturing sector (wires & cables preferred)
Role Overview:
Conduct process and product training for internal and on-field sales teams
Design and implement training modules and assessments
Support team skill enhancement and performance improvement initiatives
