Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to support capacity-building efforts under the ATL initiative. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to facilitators, educators, and field staff to ensure effective outreach & education for out-of-school children.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training workshops as per the ATL curriculum and guidelines.
Support the development and adaptation of training materials.
Assess trainee progress and provide feedback.
Coordinate with program teams to align training with field requirements.
Document and report training outcomes and recommendations.
