Trainer

Job Title: Training Associate / Trainer

Location: Chennai
Industry: Insurance (Chola MS)
Shift: General (No Night Shift)
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Weekly Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for employees on insurance products, processes, and soft skills.
• Monitor and achieve Training KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as:
• Training Throughput (efficiency in training delivery)
• Attrition Rate (impact of training on employee retention)
• Certification Compliance (ensuring employees complete mandatory certifications)
• OJT (On-the-Job Training) effectiveness
• Assess training needs, design modules, and evaluate post-training performance.
• Maintain training records and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous skill development of employees.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in training & development, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Strong understanding of training metrics (KRA/KPIs).
• Hindi mandatory (to train employees across regions).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a 6-day workweek environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Training & Development (e.g., TTT, Instructional Design).
• Familiarity with insurance products (Motor, Health, etc.).
• Experience in e-learning tools and LMS (Learning Management Systems).

This role is ideal for someone with a training background in insurance/BFSI, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Hindi to support pan-India teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
