Trainer Soft Skill

Location: Lucknow Uttar Pradesh and Sohna Haryama

Job Description: A Soft Skill Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that focus on improving trainees' soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums

· Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training

· Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations

· Analysing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum

· Analysing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs

Competencies-

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities

-Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching

-Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees

-Experience in developing and delivering training content

-Minimum college degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field

-Experience in human resource management or recruiting

-Certifications in core soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, etc.)

-Knowledge of current trends in the HR industry

Professional Qualification- Minimum Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
