Trainer - Offline store

You will be a part of Licious, a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company founded in 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta. As a key player in India's most successful D2C food-tech brand, operating in 20 cities and serving over 32 lac customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's success. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging training modules for in-store teams, covering areas such as customer experience, SOPs, product knowledge, and hygiene. Conducting new hire inductions and refresher training sessions at stores will be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and on-ground feedback and acting as a training SPOC for the Mumbai region in partnership with store managers and ops team. Ensuring consistent training practices across all stores and identifying training gaps to proactively address them will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are a must. Being a self-starter, field-ready, and passionate about team development will set you up for success in this dynamic role.,
