As a Trainer Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage) for the DDUGKY Project in Guwahati, your role will involve delivering high-quality classroom and practical training to candidates in Food & Beverage Service and Guest Handling, ensuring compliance with DDUGKY and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver classroom and practical training in Food & Beverage Service and Guest Handling - Train candidates on service etiquette, hygiene, safety standards, and hospitality operations - Prepare lesson plans, training modules, assessments, and practical demonstrations - Conduct sessions on soft skills, grooming, communication, and workplace behavior - Monitor trainee performance, provide regular feedback, and mentoring - Maintain attendance, assessments, training MIS, and necessary documentation - Ensure training quality and compliance with DDUGKY guidelines - Support placement activities by preparing trainees for interviews and workplace readiness Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Hotel / Hospitality / Food & Beverage industry - Diploma / UG / PG in Hotel Management / Hospitality (mandatory) - Strong practical knowledge of F&B service operations and guest service standards - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Prior experience as a trainer/faculty will be an added advantage - Ability to handle classroom training and practical sessions effectively - Knowledge of DDUGKY or Skill Development projects preferred If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated CV at 9584012269 & recruitments.indianeers@gmail.com.
