Trainer - Full Stack

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Computer Science Teacher specializing in Full Stack Development, with 310 years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, hands-on industry exposure, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that bridge theory with real-world applications. You will mentor students, design curriculum modules, and foster the technical skills required for careers in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver curriculum in Full Stack Development (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs).
• Teach core web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Guide students in back-end programming using Python, Node.js, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Introduce students to API development, integration, and cloud-based applications.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, labs, and project-based learning to enhance practical skills.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Mentor students on debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and incorporate them into the teaching curriculum.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to align teaching practices with institutional standards.
• Encourage innovation, teamwork, and critical thinking among students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–10 years of teaching or training experience in Computer Science/Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficiency in back-end frameworks (Python, Node.js) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and responsive web design practices.
• Ability to design project-based learning modules simulating real-world development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong mentoring ability to guide students in both academics and career preparation.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or AI-based applications is an added advantage.
