Candidate should be strong in Spring, hibernate, spring boot, web services, micro services etc and should have rich experience in giving classroom training. Mandatory to have training experience. Good to have additional skills. Design and deliver engaging training programs on core and potentially advanced Java concepts, catering to various experience levels. Utilize a blend of instructional methods like lectures, hands-on exercises, and case studies to maximize learning impact.
