About the Role:
Were looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to lead our Equitas Bank Channel. As an Area Head / Senior Area Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth through bank branches, managing a high-performing team, and achieving key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team to exceed business targets• Strengthen relationships with Equitas Bank branch partners• Drive strategic business initiatives at the regional level• Monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent growth
Requirements:
6–10 years of experience in Bancassurance / Life Insurance Minimum 2 years of team handling experience Strong leadership & relationship management skills Proven record of achieving sales targets Familiarity with the local market preferred
