As a Comis Chef Trainer at Sun Foundation, you will play a crucial role in developing individuals" skills and securing employment opportunities through high-quality training programs tailored to industry needs. Led by Chairman Mr. Vikramjit Singh Sahney, a Padma Shri Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, Sun Foundation is committed to bridging the gap between education and employment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop training schedules and plans to ensure effective delivery of the program. - Conduct classes as per the scheduled timing to impart necessary skills to the trainees. - Communicate training needs and updates to the relevant stakeholders. - Maintain databases of training materials, batch files of trainees, and their placements for record-keeping. - Coordinate mobilization, enrollments, and counseling of trainees, taking charge of creating batches. - Ensure 100% certification of trainees through effective assessment methods. - Coordinate candidates" placement activities, update the portal with placement details, and strive for a 70% batchwise placement rate. - Provide timely reports on training activities and outcomes. - Undertake any other assigned tasks related to training and development initiatives. **Qualifications and Experience Required:** - Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate in Hotel/Hospitality/Management. - Minimum 5 years of industry experience with at least 1 year as a trainer. - Aptitude for conducting training sessions and pre/post-work to ensure competent and employable candidates. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Passion for quality and developing others, well-organized and focused individual. - Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends in the field. - Candidates with pleasing personalities and excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
