Trainer - Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor Trainer at Neyah Beauty, you play a crucial role in delivering effective training programs to Beauty Advisors (BAs) to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and motivation to represent our brand professionally, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include conducting onboarding and induction training for new BAs, delivering regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and customer service, coaching BAs on brand guidelines and grooming standards, and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking. Collaborating with the sales team, you will identify training needs based on market feedback and performance indicators to support BAs in achieving individual and store-level sales targets. Maintaining training records, feedback, and attendance, as well as assisting in the development of training materials and manuals are also key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will ensure that BAs are updated on new launches, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty industry trends, and the ability to motivate and coach frontline staff. Confidence in public speaking and presentation, time management, and multi-tasking abilities are essential. Attention to grooming and personal presentation is also important. The ideal candidate will have a graduation in any discipline, preferably in cosmetology, beauty, or retail management, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or Trainer in the retail beauty/cosmetics industry. Familiarity with color cosmetics brands is a plus, and proficiency in local language(s) and basic English is required. This role may require willingness to travel to different store locations or regions and flexibility with working hours based on store or training needs.
