Trainee - Training & Development

Job Description: Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing on-site training for the company. This will involve communicating with the technical and training center to coordinate on-site training activities, as well as briefing line leaders, office heads, and branch office managers on trainee performance. Additionally, you will work closely with operating office colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site training, conduct exams for trainees, record and report training progress - Design and deliver training courses for specific products - Prepare training materials and quizzes for specific products - Collect training samples for evaluation Qualifications Required: Core Skills: - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively - Proficient in training delivery Other Skills: - Ability to work independently - Willingness to assist colleagues - Demonstrates integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement - Possesses technical knowledge related to the industry Qualifications: - Holds a certificate from college or above with a major in engineering or science - Proficient in reading and interpreting documents in English, such as inspection guidelines and procedure manuals - Minimum of 4 years of related experience, preferably from a competitor with exposure to a wider product range - Knowledge of computer applications and relevant software Additional Company Details: The additional details about the company are not provided in the job description.,
