Job Description:
We are looking for a System Administrator who can manage and support operating systems and basic networking tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Window server operating systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform regular backups and system upgrades
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Maintain documentation and IT inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field
• 0-6 months of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Window Server
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Career Path & Compensation Phase 1: Training Period (First 2 Months – Paid Training)
• Hands-on training in system installation, configuration, and maintenance

Stipend: INR 6,000/month

Phase 2: Post-Training Employment (Performance-Based)

Upon successful completion of training, candidates may be offered a full-time role as Junior System Administrator/IT Executive with the following salary structure:

• Grade A: INR 16,000/month
• Grade B: INR 15,500/month

Please note: An agreement period of 15 months will apply starting from the 1st Day of training, ensuring mutual commitment to your growth.
