Job Title: Civil 3D & GIS Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil 3D & GIS Specialist to join our engineering and design team. This role will focus on supporting civil infrastructure projects through the application of Autodesk Civil 3D and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a collaborative, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and update Civil 3D models for roadways, grading, utilities, and land development projects.
• Integrate and manage GIS data for spatial analysis, project planning, and asset management.
• Produce detailed design drawings, cross-sections, and topographic maps.
• Conduct geospatial data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable engineering and GIS standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to support multidisciplinary projects.
• Automate workflows and improve efficiencies using Civil 3D tools and GIS scripting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D in engineering projects.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS (Desktop, Pro, and Online) or similar GIS platforms.
• Understanding of civil design standards and GIS data models.
• Experience working with survey data, DEMs, shapefiles, and geodatabases.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Revit or any other modelling tool will be added advantage.
