Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Software Tester in TechAvidus, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to develop and implement testing strategies.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and errors.
