Trainee – Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic trainee to support our social media and graphic design initiatives. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or young professionals who are passionate about digital media, content creation, and brand building in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content across the college’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Design attractive graphics, posters, banners, brochures, and digital creatives for academic and cultural events.
• Capture and edit photos/videos of college activities, events, and campus life.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to queries/comments, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and administrative teams to highlight achievements, announcements, and events.
• Stay updated with current design and social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the college’s digital presence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or related field (freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDraw, or similar).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic photography & video editing skills (preferred).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
