Trainee - SAP QM

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding the values and vision of the organization and aligning your activities accordingly. Collaboration with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data will be a key aspect of your role. You will be required to learn new or existing business solutions in the SAP PP/QM area used by our customer's business. This will involve understanding, configuring, documenting, and testing business transactions in the SAP PP/QM application based on functional and technical requirements. Close communication with the ABAP development team is essential for successful coordination. Gathering requirements for configuration in respective areas to meet business needs and enhance processes will be part of your responsibilities. Effective communication and coordination with business users, managers, and leads are necessary to ensure seamless integration of processes and modules across the organization. In terms of essential skills, you should have experience in customer relationship management with excellent verbal and oral communication skills. Being organized and focused on delivering research tasks within deadlines is crucial. You must also be capable of preparing user training documents and conducting user trainings. Understanding business objectives and organizational structure is important, along with demonstrating strong work ethics, trustworthiness, attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and a collaborative team player mindset committed to excellence. Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office at an advanced level, self-motivation, fast learning ability to work independently, and thrive in a cross-functional team on critical projects. The capability to work under pressure, meet daily deadlines for client deliverables, and possess negotiation and persuasion skills for partnering and implementing changes is highly valued.
