Job Description

Responsibilities

Understand the values and vision of the organization and align activities accordingly.
Protect Intellectual Property.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other line functions to collect and provide relevant data.
Learn new and existing business solutions in the SAP PP/QM area used by the customer.
Understand, configure, document, and test business transactions in the SAP PP/QM application according to functional and technical requirements.
Maintain close communication with the ABAP development team.
Gather requirements for configuration to meet business needs and enhance business processes.
Coordinate with business users, managers, and leads to ensure seamless integration of processes and modules across the organization.

Experience in customer relationship management with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines.
Ability to prepare user training documents and deliver effective user training sessions.
