Trainee Sales & Marketing

As a Trainee in the Sales & Marketing team at CCS Technologies, you will have the opportunity to support various marketing and sales activities. Your responsibilities will include managing and updating content in the Content Management System (CMS), building and maintaining lead generation databases, creating marketing collateral such as PPTs, brochures, creatives, and short videos, assisting with presales tasks, conducting market research and competitor analysis, supporting SEO and website optimization initiatives, coordinating with internal teams for website updates and event support, assisting with social media content planning and basic design, and gaining hands-on learning experience with a supportive team. You can expect to be exposed to real-world B2B marketing and sales practices, work on diverse projects including digital, design, research, and more, and develop valuable skills and knowledge in the field. To excel in this role, you should have an MBA in Marketing, a strong interest in digital marketing, B2B sales, and branding, good communication and writing skills, and a willingness to learn and take ownership. Additionally, basic knowledge of tools like MS PowerPoint & Excel, Canva, Adobe tools, or video editors, familiarity with SEO, CMS, or marketing automation tools, knowledge of ISMS Principles and best practices, and a willingness to travel domestically or internationally would be beneficial.
