What you can expect from the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the fields of B2B marketing and sales enablement. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing and sales activities, from content and collateral creation to lead generation and market research.

• Manage and update content in the Content Management System[CMS]
• Build and maintain lead generation databases
• Support the creation of marketing collateral PPTs, brochures, creatives, and short videos
• Assist with presales tasks including proposals, pitch decks, and client research
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support SEO and website optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams for website updates, campaigns and event support
• Assist with social media content planning and basic design
• Hands-on learning experience with a supportive team
• Exposure to real-world B2B marketing and sales practices
• Opportunity to work on diverse projects digital, design, research, and more

What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

• MBA in Marketing
• Strong interest in digital marketing, B2B sales, and branding
• Good communication and writing skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership

Other desirable skills/characteristics

• Basic knowledge of tools like MS PowerPoint & Excel, Canva, Adobe tools, or video editors.
• Familiarity with SEO, CMS, or marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of ISMS Principles and best practices.
• Willingness to travel domestic/International.
