Job Description

Assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks and deliverables.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, sales, etc.) to track project progress.

Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates.

Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to ensure the timely completion of deliverables.

Participate in team meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.

Contribute ideas and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelordegree in business administration, engineering, management, or any related field.

Good to have strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, MS Project) is a plus.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities
