Job Description

Position: Trainee Production (Packaging dept)

Location:

Experience Required:

Trainee Production (Packaging)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily packaging operations under supervision.
Learn to operate packaging machinery such as filling, sealing, labeling, and wrapping units.
Support shift operations and follow safety and quality protocols.
Help maintain packaging records and documentation.
Participate in training programs on 5S, GMP, and EHS practices.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Basic understanding of packaging processes and safety practices.
Willingness to learn and work in a shift-based environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Packaging Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
