• Support SEO, email marketing, and ad management activities

Telecalling & Communication:

• Connect with clients or leads to explain products and services
• Maintain positive relationships and handle basic customer queries

Spoken English & Personality Development:

• Participate in communication and soft skills training
• Practice professional speaking and client-handling techniques
