Trainee - IT Asset Administration

In this role, you will be responsible for managing laptop assets and software licenses. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating the shipping, receiving, imaging, and repairs of laptops with IT vendors in multiple countries. - Tracking new hire forecasts and current stock of devices to recommend necessary purchases or disposals. - Providing charge back details to Finance for purchased items. - Keeping Hacketts inventory up to date. For software management, you will be required to: - Obtain approvals, provision, and track software licenses. - Provide charge back details to Finance for purchased software. - Conduct audits on software license usage during renewals. - Ensure Hacketts inventory is up to date. The skills required for this role include: - Proficiency in documentation using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PPT). - Exceptional organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Independent problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with a ticketing system is a plus.
