Shift - Flexible Working Hours/ 5 Days Working

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing the room book and related documentation.

2. Support layout design, including zoning, AHU zoning, and pressure differential planning.

3. Assist in heat load and HVAC electrical load calculations.

4. Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC and cleanroom works.

5. Coordinate with vendors to send inquiries and obtain technical offers.

6. Participate in technical discussions and evaluate vendor proposals.

7. Assist in preparing technical specifications for HVAC equipment.

8. Support preparation of budgetary costing and estimates.

9. Contribute to cleanroom layout design, including epoxy flooring, furniture, fenders, and ceilings.

10. Review client BOQs and prepare query lists for clarification.

• Knowledge:

1. Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

2. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

3. Basic understanding of duct size calculation software.

4. Awareness of HVAC equipment specifications and selection.

5. Basic understanding of major HVAC or clean-room equipment and their component vendors or manufacturers.
