About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Trainee to support our finance operations team. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in managing payouts, pay-ins, reconciliations, and fund transfers, while building a strong foundation in corporate finance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payouts and pay-ins with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle fund transfers across accounts and maintain transaction records.
• Support in daily reconciliations of payments and receipts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for transaction clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for finance operations.
• Assist senior team members in audits and month-end closing activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
