Role Description

The Trainee Evaluator will be responsible for supporting the fragrance evaluation process, analyzing olfactory compositions, and assisting in the development of new fragrance profiles that meet client and market needs. Daily tasks will include conducting sensory evaluations, participating in discussions with the product development team, documenting fragrance notes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalan Indutrial Estate, Domjur Area.

Qualifications

• Strong olfactory skills and sensitivity to analyze and evaluate scents
• Basic understanding of fragrance development and sensory analysis
• Analytical and research abilities to study market trends and client requirements
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in maintaining attention to detail and high standards of quality in work
• Graduate Degree
• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries is an advantage
• Conversant in English & Hindi.
