Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Trainee Design Engineers to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design and drafting within the construction and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of electrical design drawings and documentation under supervision
• Work on lighting, power, cable sizing, earthing, and schematic diagrams
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines
• Learn to use electrical design tools and software to produce layout and single-line diagrams
• Support the design team in project documentation, quantity take-offs, and technical reports
• Follow company standards and project-specific requirements
• Participate in site visits and coordination meetings, if required

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering principles
• Willingness to learn and grow in a design-oriented environment
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand building layouts
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of Indian / International electrical codes will be an advantage

Career Path:

On successful completion of the training period, candidates may be considered for a full-time Design Engineer role based on performance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
