Role Overview

We are seeking a Trainee Draughtswoman from Trivandrum to join our Panavila office. This entry-level, on-site role is designed for women eager to start their career in joinery and fit-out drafting. The trainee will work closely with senior draughtsmen to learn technical drawing skills and assist in producing accurate shop drawings for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior draughtsmen in preparing detailed joinery and fit-out drawings
• Learn to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings
• Coordinate with project teams to understand requirements and specifications
• Update and revise drawings under supervision based on project or client feedback
• Develop skills in industry-standard drafting practices, materials, and processes
• Support project execution by ensuring drawings are production-ready

Qualifications & Skills

• Female candidate from Trivandrum
• Educational Background: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Tech in Civil, Interior Design, or Architecture
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Eagerness to develop professionally under guidance of senior professionals
