Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Joinery & Fit-out Draughtsman based in Panavila, Trivandrum. The role involves creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for joinery and fit-out projects. This includes collaborating with designers and project teams, interpreting project requirements, and ensuring drawings meet quality and regulatory standards. The draughtsman will coordinate with the production team to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution while adhering to timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience in joinery and fit-out drafting
• Proficiency in CAD software tools, such as AutoCAD, for creating precise technical drawings
• Strong understanding of joinery and fit-out processes, materials, and engineering principles
• Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into detailed technical drawings
• Experience in project coordination and collaboration with multiple teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in design or technical drafting
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively in teams
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required

Roles

• Prepare precise joinery and fit-out drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate with project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met
• Review and revise drawings based on client and site requirements
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior draughtsman

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
