Trainee Developer

Job Description:

Software Developer will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Java development stack.

Role & Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with senior developers and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and to design and develop software solutions.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.

● Participate in code and design reviews to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and are aligned with business requirements.

● Test software solutions to ensure that they are functioning as expected, fixing any bugs or issues that are identified.

● Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training, research, and experimentation.

● Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to the development of software development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualification:

● A minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in software development.

● Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript.

● Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL.

● Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

● Passionate about software development and eager to learn and grow in the field.

Educational Requirements:

· Engineering/BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma · University/college degree is also acceptable
