O R Constructions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Trainee to support our engineering and construction teams in delivering high-quality government and private projects. This role offers hands-on training in site operations, quality control, and project coordination, providing a strong foundation for a successful career in civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Civil Site Supervisor in day-to-day site operations.
2. Monitor and record construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
3. Support in quality control tests (e.g., concrete cube testing, material checks).
4. Help prepare daily site reports, material usage logs, and progress updates.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site workers under guidance.
6. Participate in surveying, measurements, and layout marking activities.
7. Gain exposure to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
8. Prepare budget of the particular work

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
