Trainee Accountant

As an Accountant at our company, your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers, preparing various financial reports, assisting with budgeting and financial planning, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports - Assist with budgeting and financial planning - Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies - Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and good problem-solving ability Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position and we require candidates who are immediate joiners and able to work under the Australian time zone (4.30 am to 12 noon IST).
