TRAILER/DUMP TRUCK DRIVER

As a Dump Truck Driver at Zenith Recruitment & Visa Services, you will play a crucial role in safely and efficiently transporting dump truck loads to designated locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Transporting dump truck loads safely and efficiently to designated locations. - Performing daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met. - Maintaining accurate logs of hours worked and cargo transported. - Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations while driving heavy vehicles. - Coordinating with site managers and other stakeholders regarding loading and unloading requirements. - Operating and managing dump truck controls effectively during offloading tasks. - Following proper protocols for hazardous material handling when necessary. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the truck and work area. - Reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to management immediately. - Communicating effectively with team members regarding status and delays. - Fulfilling deliveries within specified time frames while maintaining safety. - Ensuring that proper safety gear is worn at all times during operations. - Participating in ongoing training and safety programs as required. - Providing exceptional customer service to clients and site personnel. - Assisting with backhauling materials when necessary and feasible. Qualifications required for this role include: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. - Minimum of 3 years driving experience in heavy-duty vehicles. - Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection standards and DOT regulations. - Experience in operating dump trucks, trailer trucks, or similar vehicles. - Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. - Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. - Willingness to work on-site and adapt to various weather conditions. - Experience with GPS and navigation tools. - Capability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. - Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Relevant certifications (e.g., forklift operation) are beneficial.,
