REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education (Any one of the following)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Statistics / Commerce; OR
• MBA (Finance) preferred; OR
• NISM-Series VIII (Derivatives) certified or NISM Research Analyst; OR
• CFA Level 1 / FRM Level 1 (optional but strong plus).
Mandatory Trading Expertise
• Minimum 2–4 years of live trading experience in:
• Index Futures (Nifty/BankNifty)
• Option Buying & Selling
• Intraday & Positional Strategies
• Price Action based trading
• Solid understanding of:
• Greeks
• Risk management
• Market microstructure
• Margin & leverage
• Trading psychology
Technical Skills
• Comfortable using:
• TradingView
• NSE Bhavcopy data / backtesting
