For more details about the Function please visit this Role OverviewThe Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) team is looking for someone who is energized by working in a cross-functional role at the intersection of sales, marketing, finance, and data analysis. You will be hands-on and action-oriented as we further enhance our best-in-class global Revenue Management capability that helps drive General Mills's performance now and in the future. This role will support the Meals-Baking/ Big G Cereal OU pricing and trade strategy, inclusive of many iconic and impactful brands integral to General Mills. You will be focused on SRM execution with OU and BU partners, including Brand, Sales Strategy & Planning, Capabilities, and Leadership. You will collaborate with the full SRM team to develop, implement, and support NAR strategies & tactics, track results, share best practices and lead L&D. | |||||||||||||
