Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process manual bookings for
Stocks, Bonds, IPOs, and Ad-hoc margin lending
Monitor and resolve trade exceptions
,
suspense accounts
, and
error reports
Execute daily run sheets
,
morning reports
, and
end-of-day reconciliations
Liaise with Offshore Financial Advisers
,
Operations
, and
Risk teams
as required
Maintain system accuracy across internal systems and exchange-related vendor systems (
IRESS / OMGEO / CTM
)
Handle
Corporate Action Reporting
Manage monthly processing for Financial Advisor Fees
into the system
Ensure compliance with
internal controls
and
escalation protocols

data entry and validation

and ability to resolve booking errors
Experience in
wealth management operations
