Conceptualize and plan for BTL marketing programs for brand development. • Plan consumer acquisition targets in sync with brand objectives and marketing plan and create a Quarterly BTL calendar for the brand wrt the stated objectives. • Liaising with BTL agencies effectively to develop and design programs to ensure smooth execution. • End to End Execution of Sampling Programs - At Point of Purchase - GT, Wholesaler, RWAs, liaising with operations team for timely delivery of products, liaising with sampling agency to ensure prompt execution. • Create innovative ideas for brand promotions across channels. • Creative development and adaptations for event collaterals. • Activate the brand across multiple touch Points such as GYM, RWA , Corporate , Technology Parks , Modern Trade and General Trade. • Support offline marketing activities such as Retailer Activation, Consumer marketing, promotions. • Ensure in shop and on shop visibility/Branding of brands at retail/Dealer • channels. Also analyze its impact on sales and brand impact. • Training and development to front line team. • Travel extensively across the territory.
