Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Perform asset (stock) and cash reconciliations
• Investigate and research discrepancies in reconciliations
• Analyze breaks and provide detailed reasoning to resolver groups
• Meet or exceed defined SLAs for quality and turnaround time
• Prepare metrics, dashboards, and reporting documents
• Liaise with business partners to resolve breaks promptly
• Participate in hub calls and address daily queries
• Utilize TLM/TLM Premium for reconciliation processes
• Apply data validation controls and feed maintece checks
• Support process improvements and workflow enhancements
• Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Hold a B. Com, M. Com, BBA, or MBA with accounting knowledge
• Minimum 1 year experience in stock/cash reconciliations
• Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills
• Apply attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Partner effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Leverage experience with asset servicing, corporate actions, or securities lending
• Utilize knowledge of trade and settlements processes
• Operate TLM/TLM Premium for reconciliation tasks
• Apply data validation controls and feed maintece expertise
• Use Alteryx or Tableau for reporting and analytics
• Adapt quickly to changing business requirements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
