Join our EOC & Crest Settlements team as a Trade Lifecycle Analyst, where your strategic thinking and analytical acumen will drive client satisfaction and operational excellence. Job Summary

As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the EOC & Crest Settlements team, you will manage daily BAU and operational risk of custody trades, including EOC Tax & LEI Rejects and breaks reconciliation. You will handle exceptions and ensure intra-day report creation and monitoring. Your role involves maintaining high standards for quality assurance and ensuring all queries are resolved within SLAs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily BAU and operational risk of custody trades.
  • Handle EOC Tax & LEI Rejects and breaks reconciliation.
  • Manage exceptions and ensure closure.
  • Create and monitor intra-day reports.
  • Conduct research and investigations on systems.
  • Understand product solutions for customer problems.
  • Create team resiliency and backups.
  • Resolve queries within SLAs and escalate issues.
  • Perform EOD processes for timely deliverables.
  • Maintain high standards for quality assurance.
  • Ensure team is Always Audit Ready.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 1 years in Financial Services industry.
  • Exhibit strong financial markets product knowledge.
  • Understand trade lifecycle and reconciliation in custody.
  • Possess subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX.
  • Work closely with business partners and manage risk.
  • Be flexible, meet tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
  • Communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a Bachelors degree (business discipline preferred).
  • Experience with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Utilize at least one BI tool effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Vision.
  • Communicate effectively using Outlook Express or similar.
  • Apply business discipline in strategic thinking.
