Job Summary

As a Trading Services Analyst within Trading Services, you serve as a vital resource for front office and client-facing stakeholders. , You act as the liaison between business, technology, control partners, and operations, ensuring seamless trade execution & Your responsibilities include investigating inquiries, monitoring trade flows, and maintaining a strong understanding of trading platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end trade flow support globally
• Monitor ongoing support needs and address gaps
• Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction
• Ensure accurate and timely escalation of inquiries
• Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office
• Facilitate training for new application users
• Collaborate to determine priorities and release schedules
• Detail requirements for future enhancements and products
• Investigate and resolve trade execution issues
• Communicate solutions in person, by phone, and by email
• Maintain fundamental understanding of trading platforms and systems

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Demonstrate minimum 2 years of ficial industry experience
• Hold a Bachelor s degree
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
• Operate as a highly disciplined self-starter
• Execute assignments independently and professionally
• Exhibit attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with all levels within the business
