Key Responsibilities

1. Instrument Management

• Handle trade finance instruments such as

  Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby LCs (SBLCs), Bank Guarantees

  Counter-Guarantees

• Analyze transaction requirements and

  recommend the appropriate financial instrument

  based on commercial needs.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Demonstrate

  excellent verbal and written communication

  skills in English while interacting with clients, banks, and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with

  Sales, Legal, and Finance

  departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of trade transactions.

3. Bank Negotiation

• Liaise with

  issuing and advising banks

  to discuss, negotiate, and finalize financial terms in alignment with commercial contracts.
• Ensure bank instructions are clear, compliant, and executed promptly.

4. Operational Execution

• Manage

  high-volume, time-sensitive trade finance transactions

  with precision and speed.
• Ensure all documentation, approvals, and processes meet internal and regulatory requirements.

5. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

• Identify potential issues in transaction flow and provide

  practical financial or contractual solutions
