Role Overview: You will be joining a team that handles various products in Trade Finance Operations such as Letter of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. Depending on your interest in learning, you will have opportunities to explore multiple products and processes within Trade Finance Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Process day-to-day activities related to Collections, Letter of Credit, and Bank Guarantees to meet customer service level agreements and address outstanding transactions efficiently. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards like KOP and Ops manual. - Foster strong partnerships with branch operations and sales staff to support business objectives. Qualification Required: - Adequate understanding of Trade-related rules and guidelines set by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC/UCP/URC). - Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks associated with Trade products and services. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including late-night shifts.
