Trade Credit Analyst

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support professional to join our Trade Credit Line of Business team. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations supporting clients, along with a solid background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis. Moreover, they should be comfortable using client systems, maintaining accurate operational data, and exhibiting excellent verbal and written English communication skills. In this role, the candidate will be required to effectively participate in calls, collaborate with global teams, manage operational inventory, and meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to identify, implement, and manage process improvements within operations are crucial for success in this position. Flexibility to work with US time zones during calls and meetings is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred for this role.
