Trade Compliance Coordinator

Role Overview: This position at USP India site involves Trade Compliance activities related to customs for EXIM clearance. You will have frequent contact with Customs house agents, freight forwards, and courier companies for international and domestic shipment tracking. Your contribution in this role will support USP's public health mission by increasing equitable access to high-quality, safe medicine and improving global health through public standards and related programs. Key Responsibilities: - Verify Test License Availability for each line item in Test Kits, Collaborative Study samples & Commercial shipments prior to approval - Prepare the Application of Import licenses - Monitor daily shipments clearance status, coordinate with freight forwarders & customs clearing agents for prompt clearance, check documentation deficiencies to ensure customs clearance & delivery - Update and maintain Shipment tracker, Test License tracker for visibility - Perform post customs clearance record keeping Qualifications Required: - B.com graduate or Any Graduate from a Recognized University/Institute - Proven experience of 03 to 05 years in Trade compliance - Preferably certified in Exim Management or Trade compliance from a Recognized University/Institute for added advantage Company Details: The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is an independent scientific organization collaborating with top authorities in health and science to develop quality standards for medicines, dietary supplements, and food ingredients.
