Role Summary:
We're looking for a Program Manager to lead and scale our channel partner programs. You'll drive onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and expansion, working closely with Sales, Product, and Ops teams.Key Responsibilities:- Launch and manage partner programs across regions- Handle onboarding and retention- Design and implement incentive plans- Ensure partner performance and resolve issues- Build scalable processes and SOPs- Use data to track results and report to leadership- Drive compliance and partner satisfactionRequirements:- 3 to 7 years in Channel Sales or Program Management- Experience in fintech/auto finance preferred- Strong planning, communication, and data skills- Comfortable in fast-paced, growth environments- MBA or equivalent is a plus
