Tourism & Hospitality Process Executive

As a Tourism & Hospitality Process Executive, your role will involve assisting clients with tour enquiries, travel planning, hotel bookings, and creating personalized itineraries. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client enquiries regarding tours, travel packages, hotels, and destination information. - Understand client preferences to offer customized travel guidance based on budget, duration, and interests. - Recommend suitable packages, accommodations, and travel options. - Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and vendors for smooth and timely reservations. - Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently. - Maintain accurate documentation, package details, and service confirmations. - Create detailed travel itineraries tailored to each client's needs. - Clearly communicate inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and guidelines. - Keep proper records of all bookings and client interactions. - Provide exceptional service throughout the travel experience and handle client concerns promptly. - Build long-term relationships through quality service and follow-up. Qualifications Required: - Good communication and customer handling skills. - Basic understanding of travel packages, hotels, and destinations. - Ability to multitask, coordinate, and work accurately. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, booking tools). - Positive attitude and interest in travel & hospitality. In this role, you will receive a monthly salary of 15,000 - 18,000 with performance-based incentives.
