Tour Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tour Operations Executive to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of tour operations including itinerary planning, supplier coordination, client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of domestic and international travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors for bookings and confirmations.
• Manage tour operations from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
• Handle documentation including visa assistance, travel insurance, and vouchers.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Monitor ongoing tours and handle any operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update tour costing sheets and supplier databases.
• Support the sales team with itinerary design and operational insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1½ to 2 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operations role is a must.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
