Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager – International & Domestic Tours, located in Ernakulam and Dubai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of both international and domestic tours. Day-to-day tasks include arranging travel itineraries, coordinating with vendors and service providers, managing tour budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling any operational issues that may arise during tours. The role also involves managing a team of tour coordinators and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in tour planning, itinerary creation, and vendor management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of tours
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a group of coordinators
• Experience in both domestic and international travel management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
